GObama

Just realized that I had posted once a month for the last couple of months and thought I would break the monotony.

So Obama is up in the polls in NC which is huge. I voted on Tuesday and I actually felt like my vote mattered for once.

White Supremacists support obama

This is just amazing. They polled 4 white supremacist and one black one and 3 of 4 white supremacists all support Obama while the black guy supports McCain. Pretty interesting.

R.I.P. Skip

Skip Caray is my all time favorite broadcaster. I remember coming home from school and listening to him at night on TBS. I didn't get to listen to him as much when I was in college but since I got XM I was always excited to hear him when the Braves had a home game. Even though this year has been tough, its still easy to listen to when he is talking. Today is definitely a sad day.

Am I Crazy?

So Ashley and I were at a wedding in Georgia and we were talking to some friends and I mentioned that I take my dog running a few times a week. After this they started saying how I should enter races so I could be motivated for something. They said how they ran a half marathon and I was thinking how crazy that was. I do more thinking about it and I decide that I would like to try it. I talk to one of my friends who is in PT school and he send me a link for a half marathon in November in Raleigh and he also sent me a training program. So I think my Dad and I are going to train and run together in the half marathon in Raleigh. Crazy?
